Route 304 Reopens After Low Wires Fixed At Clarkstown Intersection (Update) A stretch of Route 304 in Rockland County has reopened after briefly being closed to traffic due to low-hanging wires, police said.  The closure affected the northbound lanes at West Nyack Road in Clarkstown on Monday afternoon, Aug. 11, according to the Clarkstown Police Department.  The roadway has since reopened as of 3 p.m.
