Upton Police Arrest Milford Man On Assault Warrant

UPTON, Mass. – Upton Police arrested a 21-year-old Milford man last week on warrants charging him with assault and batter and operating after suspension. 

Police said Anthony Depiero of 5 Cormier Circle, Milford, was arrested Saturday, Jan. 12, at 6 p.m. on Williams Street.

The assault and battery warrant was out of Milford District Court, and the other was from Wrentham District Court, police said.

Bail was denied, and Depiero was arraigned Monday in Milford District Court, police said.

Arresting officer was Patrolman James Fleming.
